Natalie is a fine young lady in her sophomore year. She has long blonde hair and small blue eyes, with a mole above her right lip. She was the type of beauty that makes people turn heads, but definitely the type that makes people wonder, because you can’t exactly point out what you love about her appearance, but it is there nonetheless. Just like art, it is not meant to be beautiful, but to convey a message. Natalie is born into a family of four, her parents and an Elder brother whom she loves so much but who in turn teases her at every opportunity, and is very protective. His name is Will. Natalie has had a long time crush on Cristiano, since she was in junior high. However, Cristiano was barely aware of her existence. She loved his confidence and aura, and yes-he was handsome, even if she didn’t exactly want to admit it. Every girl crushed on Cristiano for his looks but she believed hers was different, it wasn’t exclusively for the sake of looks.These are the major characters of the story, others include Amanda and Sarah, Beatrice’s friends who aid her in dispelling fake rumors to Natalie, Chad, Richmond and Charles, Cristiano’s friends, Natalie’s mum, Judith and a few others.The rest of the story shows how two people can influence each other’s lives without realizing it, Cristiano learns to be more humble and less self-absorbed through Natalie while she in turn learns to distinguish truth from false and experience the beauty of friendship and loyalty. Jude and Natalie, after months of courting, realize they are not meant for each other and will do well to go their separate ways. Cristiano and Natalie eventually get things together and form an ally to investigate the occurrences that prompted her move from home in the first place.
